Just like our academic subject tutoring, our 1:1 in-person and online test prep tutoring is aimed to provide personalized tutoring tailored to your child’s individual test prep needs.
Taught by masters level teachers and tutors with 5+ years of experience teaching test prep, our Test Prep program has been proven to raise test scores and give students skills that they can use on the test (and continue to use in school as well!)

Who should choose Test Prep Elite?
For students taking the SAT who are either:
Unable to make SPP’s Group Test Prep Course
Scoring less than 1200 overall
Scoring over 1200, and want to improve your score on both Math & Reading/Writing Modules
If scoring over 1200, and you only want to improve your score on either Math or Reading/Writing, then Essentials is likely enough
For students taking the ACT who are either:
Scoring less than 25 overall
Scoring over 25, and want to improve your score on 3 or more modules of the test
If scoring over 25, and you only want to improve your score on 1-2 sections, then Essentials is likely enough

*Registration & Cancellation Policies:
Official SAT Registration: Package enrollment does not include registration for the official SAT. We recommend registering early to secure a convenient testing location. Register with College Board or call 866-756-7346. For testing accommodations, call 609-771-7137.
Required Testing Device: Just like the official SAT, students are required to provide their own testing device. Students must bring their own College Board-approved device to all classes and practice exams, preferably the same device they will use on test day. Approved devices include Windows laptops/tablets, Mac laptops, iPads, and school-issued Chromebooks (personal Chromebooks are not permitted).
Cancellations: Withdrawals more than 7 days before the package begins receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, payments are nonrefundable and not eligible for transfer. Hourly 1:1 Test Prep Sessions and proctored practice exams are both subject to our normal 24-hour cancellation policy.
Practice Exams: Proctored practice exams are included in the packages, or they can be self-proctored as needed. Students arriving after their scheduled practice exam start time will not be allowed to join the in-person exam and must self-proctor instead to avoid disrupting other students.
Testing Accommodations: All accommodations must be disclosed the day of registration via phone, text, email, or the registration form. Late disclosure may require self-proctored practice exams if we cannot arrange appropriate proctoring. Students with extended time may be asked to start their exam earlier than 8:30am. Our group classes are limited to 6 students per class to ensure that every student gets as much individualized attention while also benefitting from engaging and stimulating peer and teacher-led discussions. Group classes are taught by masters level teachers and tutors with 5+ years of experience teaching test prep.
We keep our classes small to ensure that your child gets the most individualized attention as possible. Our program has been proven to raise test scores and give students skills that they can use on the test and continue to use in school as well. All of our classes are currently held in person in our Kirkland office.
Not only do our test prep courses include strategies for the Digital SAT (DSAT) and new online Enhanced ACT, they also cover how to set up your device properly so that students are fully prepared on testing day.
NOTE: All colleges accept both the ACT and SAT for Fall 2027 admissions.

Please note: Booking SPP’s SAT Group Course does not register you for the official SAT.
PRACTICE EXAMS: We recommend that students take practice exams in our office in the presence of a proctor in order to simulate the real test as closely and as frequently as possible. However, If you CANNOT attend a scheduled practice exam in person, you may take this exam digitally at home through Test Innovators.
DEVICES: Just like the regular SAT, students are expected to provide their own devices. Click for a list of SAT approved devices. Please bring the device you intend to take the official DSAT (Digital SAT) with you to all practice exams and class sessions.

If minimum enrollment is not met, the student will automatically be transferred to a 1:1 test prep package with the same included amenities. The first instructional session will be removed; all remaining classes, practice exams, and review sessions will follow the original schedule.
Cancellations: Withdrawals more than 7 days before the course begins receive a 50% refund. Within 7 days, payments are nonrefundable and not eligible for transfer.
Missed Sessions & Practice Exams: Class and review times are fixed, with no free makeups. Missed classes and test review sessions may be made up through 1:1 online test prep at a reduced rate of $150/hour. Practice exams may be self-proctored if needed. Students arriving after their scheduled practice exam start time will not be allowed to join the in-person exam and must self-proctor instead to avoid disrupting other students.
Testing Accommodations: All accommodations must be disclosed the day of registration via phone, text, email, or the registration form. Late disclosure may require self-proctored practice exams for the entire course if we cannot arrange appropriate proctoring. Students with extended time must arrive early enough to finish before the 12:00 pm review session. Thank you for helping us plan ahead to fully support your student!
